Leticia

Komodo Islands

7 Packages

25 Guests

10 Cabins

Charter Leticia privately and pick anywhere from a full day to six nights. Prefer to join rather than book the whole boat? The 3D2N Sharing Trip puts you in one of ten named cabins, sailing the same route alongside travelers you haven't met yet.   It suits groups who'd rather set their own route as much as solo travelers happy to share one. Either way, the karaoke set and open sundeck keep evenings social rather than quiet.

Overview

The hull, the build, and the cabins it carries

Kalimantan Ulin doesn’t get chosen because it’s cheap or easy to work. It’s the wood Bugis builders reach for when a hull is built to outlast decades of ownership and hard seasonal use, and Leticia’s documentation lists it as her build material, hull to deck, going into the water in 2021: old enough to have her systems properly run in, young enough that nothing on board feels handed down.

Ten cabins split across four classes, and the two masters don’t feel like they came from the same brief. Tangkuban Parahu takes the upper deck with its own balcony and a work desk, more suite than cabin. Galunggung, one deck down, carries the same size bed and the same ensuite bathtub, just without the balcony, and that’s the whole difference between them. The Deluxe and Superior tiers step down from there, queen beds giving way to a tighter lower-deck footprint, but every one of the ten rooms is ensuite.

Private charter or open Sharing Trip

Leticia runs both a private charter and an open Sharing Trip, and the difference is bigger than headcount alone. Charter it privately and pick anywhere between a full day and six nights, route and pace set by whoever’s paying for the boat. The Sharing Trip is fixed at three days and two nights: one set itinerary, a cabin of your own, and the rest of the boat filled by other travelers doing the same trip.

Evenings on board

Snorkeling gear is standard on every trip, and a paddleboard and kayak come out for calmer stretches between stops. Where Leticia stands out is after dinner: a full karaoke set is part of the fixed kit, not something you have to request, and it tends to be the reason the group stays up past sunset rather than turning in early. Bean bags on the sundeck round out the quieter daytime hours.

Komodo Islands

The fixed three-day Sharing Trip and the private ladder, up to six nights, sail the same stretch: Padar's climb, dragon tracking on Komodo, Pink Beach, the manta site and a Taka Makassar sandbar. Extra days on the private route mean more stops, not a different pace.

FAQs

Step into a world where traditional craftsmanship meets modern nautical design. Explore the expansive decks, social lounges, and unique architectural details that make this vessel a premier choice for your island adventure.

Karaoke comes standard on both trip types, nothing to arrange in advance. On the Sharing Trip it works as the natural icebreaker for a boat of guests who did not arrive together; charter privately and it just becomes your own group’s after-dinner routine instead, same setup either way.

Book the Sharing Trip and an English-speaking guide and trip documentation come bundled with your cabin, no separate arrangement needed. Charter privately and both drop off the rate, since a group booking the whole boat is assumed to sort a guide themselves if they want one. Everything else, meals, crew, snorkeling gear, karaoke, stays identical between the two.

Fullboard on both trip types, breakfast through dinner plus snacks and soft drinks in between, backed by free-flow coffee, tea and water throughout the day. Meals run per the number of days booked, so a longer private charter simply extends the same full board arrangement rather than switching to a lighter service.
