Komodo Islands

6 Packages

16 Guests

6 Cabins

Charter Elrora outright and the trip runs anywhere from a single day to five, the route built around your group rather than a fixed itinerary. The shared trip keeps to one set course: three days, two nights, through the park's classic stops.   Couples gravitate to the Master Cabin's balcony and jacuzzi, while the Panoramic Ocean and Family cabins work for trios and small groups happy to share. Either way, it's cruising and snorkeling only, no dive program aboard.

Overview

The cabins, one with a jacuzzi

On the main deck, one cabin gets a jacuzzi built into the room itself and a private balcony to go with it: the Master Cabin, Elrora’s headline draw for two people booking a single room rather than the whole boat. A king bed rounds it out, and it’s the only cabin on board with that pairing. The boat around it is newly built too, an iron wood phinisi finished in 2024 in Bulukumba and Labuan Bajo, 33.89 meters end to end.

Two Panoramic Ocean cabins take the upper deck, each with its own balcony and room for a third guest on an extra bed. Below deck, the Superior cabins keep to a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom built for two, and the Family Cabin runs a queen plus two singles for a group of four sharing one room. Only the Master Cabin gets the jacuzzi and balcony pairing; everywhere else stays comfortable rather than showy.

Top deck by day, karaoke by night

The top deck stays open for sun and stars, with loungers enough for the whole group to spread out. A level down, a shaded chill area does the same job out of the sun, and the indoor lounge runs a TV and karaoke set for evenings that keep going after dinner. Starlink keeps a signal running across the route.

One boat, five ways to book it

The shared trip is Elrora’s one fixed product: three days, two nights, through Komodo’s set run of islands, sold by the cabin, with a documentation crew shooting camera, drone and GoPro footage along for free. Charter the boat outright instead and the length is yours to choose, a single day out or up to five days and four nights, with the route built around wherever your group wants to spend the most time, documentation not included. Either way it’s cruising and snorkeling only, no dive program aboard, so the days stay built around islands, beaches and time in the water rather than tank changes.

Komodo Islands

Padar's ridgeline, the dragons on Komodo Island, Pink Beach underfoot, and Kalong's bats lifting off at dusk make up Elrora's Komodo run. The pace stays unhurried whether it's the shared trip's three days or a private charter stretched to five, built around real time on the islands.

FAQs

Step into a world where traditional craftsmanship meets modern nautical design. Explore the expansive decks, social lounges, and unique architectural details that make this vessel a premier choice for your island adventure.

Private charter comes in five lengths, from a single day with no overnight up to the boat’s longest run, and the rate bands by group size as well as length. Pick based on how much of the park you want to cover: the single-day option suits a fast Padar-and-dragons loop, the longer end leaves room to slow down at any one stop. The shared trip skips this choice, it only runs the one three-day length.

Elrora’s documentation crew, covering camera, drone and GoPro footage, comes free only with the shared trip. Charter privately and that service isn’t part of the package, though the crew can point you toward local videographers in Labuan Bajo who work independently for hire.

Hotel and airport transfers straight to the harbor are part of the standard rate whichever way you sail with Elrora, shared or private, so you won’t need to book a taxi separately. Pass along your accommodation details when you confirm the booking and the crew handles the rest.
